Prevention
( For the texts and pictures books, publications, guidelines for example in awmf.org and contributions of colleagues were consulted.)
Preventive medicine can be divided into three stages: primary, secondary and tertiary prevention. It is about avoiding, delaying or alleviating chronic diseases or their consequences. While the medical establishment will not operate normally when the disease has already occurred, has preventive medicine aims to prevent active disease. This concept of medicine is the concept of the future. The methods are generally “soft”, that is, they come from without pharmaceuticals.
